“Silver Lake is a beautiful location and having cabins to rent on the lake side is pretty special. The cabins are old and rather quirky, but you can over look some inconveniences, like luke warm water, missing chairs for dining, no plugs in the sinks and even a mouse in your room. But when we checked in they charge me for the room even though I had paid for it . I had to find my credit card bill to show I had paid for the room. Once I showed them my credit card statement they refunded the money...

“My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was wonderful! The hot tub was very relaxing and we were steps from the beach. The staff was very helpful and upgraded our room. The room was a bit hot from no AC, but the staff gave us a fan to use. The resort is very rustic and cozy!”

“Cozy and beautiful cabin. You will really need to have a suv or any high clearance car to park in the driveway due to the steepiness of the driveway(included in the instructions.) No air conditioning except for masters bedroom. Might be better to have portable AC in all rooms during summer. Most of of us, unable to sleep because it was hot when we went. 90s weather.
